Welcome to 4xSolar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 4xsolar.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from 4xSolar LLC ("4xSolar," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About 4xSolar

4xSolar LLC is a veteran-owned retailer of overland, off-grid, and outdoor power equipment based in Tucson, Arizona. Our principal address is 3827 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. We are an Arizona limited liability company (EIN 41-4304447).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All products on the Site are offered subject to availability

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice

  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

  • All product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and should be used as a general reference

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by 4xSolar

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify Payments

  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and costs are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before initiating any return.

7. Product Use, Safety, and Manufacturer Warranties

  • Products sold on this Site are intended for consumer use only and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions

  • Many products carry manufacturer warranties; warranty terms and claim processes are set by each manufacturer and not by 4xSolar

  • You assume all responsibility for proper installation, use, and maintenance of any product purchased

  • 4xSolar does not provide installation services and is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of any product

  • Some products (including lithium batteries, electrical equipment, and recovery gear) involve inherent risks. Always read the manufacturer's safety instructions before use

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of 4xSolar LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems

  • Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect information from the Site

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS. 4XSOLAR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4xSolar's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 4xSolar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4xSolar LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product purchased.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
