Refund policy

At 4xSolar LLC, we want you to be confident in every gear decision you make for your rig. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.

45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most products. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

  • The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@4xsolar.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item to the return address we provide

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: 4xSolar pays return shipping. We will email you a prepaid shipping label

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for any return — we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm the refund.

  • Refund timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing: Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and manufacturer policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Items used in commercial applications outside the manufacturer's intended consumer use

  • Special-order, custom-configured, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items returned more than 45 days after delivery

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately of the damaged packaging AND the damaged product

  2. Email info@4xsolar.com within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number

  3. We will coordinate directly with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no cost to you

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our 45-day return window. If you experience a defect after 45 days, contact us — we'll connect you with the manufacturer's warranty service team to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above once you receive it.
