4xSolar partners with US-based suppliers and ships from multiple warehouses across the continental United States. We are committed to getting your gear to you quickly, transparently, and reliably.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International orders: At this time, 4xSolar does not ship outside the United States.
Order Processing

Processing time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout

Shipping confirmation: When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information

Because we ship from our partner warehouse network across the U.S., delivery times vary depending on the origin warehouse and your destination:

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders $99 and over within the continental United States

Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $99 and are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and origin warehouse

Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping surcharges apply and are calculated at checkout
Carriers We Use
We work with a network of trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for oversized items. The specific carrier for your order is selected by the originating warehouse based on speed, cost, and product type.
Oversized & Freight Items
Some products (such as larger solar panels or recovery equipment) ship via freight carrier. For these items:

You will receive a shipping notification with the freight carrier's contact information

The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment

A signature may be required at delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with neighbors, building management, and other household members

Look around your property — including porches, garages, and side doors

Wait 24 hours; carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" before the actual delivery

If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@4xsolar.com
We will work with the carrier to file a claim. Resolution times vary by carrier.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the destination address

Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to return shipping fees
