• Lithium battery products — Subject to DOT/PHMSA hazardous materials shipping regulations (49 CFR 173.185, UN3480, UN3481). All lithium products shipped via 4xSolar partner warehouses are packaged and labeled in compliance with these regulations by the originating manufacturer.

• Two-way radio products (GMRS) — Subject to U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Part 95 regulations. GMRS use requires an end-user FCC license, which is the customer's responsibility to obtain. All GMRS equipment sold on this website is FCC-certified by the manufacturer.

• Off-road lighting products — Sold for off-road use only. Not certified for use on public roads where prohibited by U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) FMVSS regulations or state vehicle codes. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable on-road lighting regulations.
