Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $99 (continental US)
  • Flat rate shipping for orders under $99, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping origin. Our products ship from multiple US-based warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international shipping are not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@4xsolar.com.

Large or Heavy Items

Some items (battery packs, large solar panels, power stations) may ship via ground freight and require additional delivery time. These will be noted on the product page. Freight shipments may require a signature at delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything. Contact us within 48 hours at support@4xsolar.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
