30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Free of signs of installation or use
How to Start a Return
- Email support@4xsolar.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
- LiFePO4 cells or batteries that have been charged or discharged
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@4xsolar.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return shipping label and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty Claims
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty issues beyond our 30-day return window, we'll help you work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the claim. Contact us at support@4xsolar.com with your order number and issue description.
