Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from US-based warehouses. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the continental United States only. We're working on expanding to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations — sign up for email updates to be notified.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

What does 4xSolar specialize in?
We focus on rugged, expedition-grade solar power systems for overland, van life, and off-grid adventures — solar panels, charge controllers, mounting hardware, and EMP protection gear built for life away from the grid.
What does EMP Shield actually protect against?
EMP Shield products protect against electromagnetic pulse (EMP) events, lightning strikes, and power surges. They are designed to safeguard sensitive electronics in vehicles and off-grid systems.
What is a Faraday bag?
A Faraday bag blocks all wireless signals and electromagnetic radiation from reaching your electronics. It's used to protect devices from EMP events, remote hacking, and signal tracking.
Do I need a license for GMRS radios?
Yes. GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) requires an FCC license, which costs $35 and covers your entire household for 10 years. No test is required.

Do you offer installation services?
We don't offer installation, but our products are designed for DIY builders. We'll be publishing step-by-step install guides and build logs soon.
